Mikael Khachatryan, PMHNP-BC

Mikael is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and will serve as your provider at Vitalize Psychiatry. He has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and more.

Mikael earned his B.A in Human Biology from the University of Southern California before advancing his expertise in healthcare by pursuing graduate studies at Herzing University. He draws from experience working in hospitals, inpatient detox, and residential treatment settings for addiction and mental health disorders to provide empathetic care.

He embraces a holistic and nonjudgmental approach to psychiatric care. He focuses on a patient-centered and evidenced-based modalities when tailoring individualized treatment plans to assist his patients in meeting their mental health goals. During sessions, patients can expect active listening, respect, empathy, and collaboration.
